As CEO of TPN, Sharon Love is best known for her balanced dedication to the needs of both clients and employees. The result is a brand of service and agency culture that is unique in the retail and promotion industry and critical to our clients’ success.

TPN has experienced significant growth under Sharon’s leadership. The agency has grown from 20 employees in a single office to 200+ employees in over five offices including Dallas, Chicago, New York and Los Angeles. As part of that growth, Love led the agency through the Omnicom acquisition in 2002. Sharon has built and maintained some of the industry's longest-running and most productive client/agency relationships with leading marketers. These include Bank of America, PepsiCo, Hershey’s, Walmart and 7-Eleven, for whom she also serves as CEO of Freshworks, an interagency consortium that collaboratively serves the client’s diverse needs.

Sharon’s diverse experience translates to a deep and powerful understanding and respect for the power of the brand for both the consumer and the trade. With retail marketing at her core, she has over 20 years of experience at TPN across a variety of industries including Consumer Packaged Goods, Account-Specific Marketing, Luxury Goods, Sports Marketing, Spirits and Cable Marketing and Business to Business. Beyond her duties as CEO, Sharon devotes time to several community organizations including the Central Park Conservancy, the Women's Sports Foundation, the Chamber Dance Project and the Connecticut Public Library. She and her husband Neil live in New York City.
